Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c flour
  • 4 eggs
  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
    2. Boil butter and water for 1 minute.
    3. Remove from heat.
    4. Whisk in flour until fully combined.
    5. Allow to cool for a few minutes (so eggs do not cook when added).
    6. Add 1 egg and fully stir in.
    7. Continue with rest of eggs, adding 1 egg at a time and fully combining before adding next egg.
    8. Line an air pan with parchment paper.
    9. Place large cookie scoops of batter on pan, several inches apart.
    10. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes (DO NOT OPEN OVEN).
    11. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 20 minutes (DO NOT OPEN OVEN).
    12. Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack.
    13. Fill with Cream Puff Filling.
