Cream Puffs
Ingredients
1/2 c butter
1 c water
1 c flour
4 eggs
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Boil butter and water for 1 minute.

Remove from heat.

Whisk in flour until fully combined.

Allow to cool for a few minutes (so eggs do not cook when added).

Add 1 egg and fully stir in.

Continue with rest of eggs, adding 1 egg at a time and fully combining before adding next egg.

Line an air pan with parchment paper.

Place large cookie scoops of batter on pan, several inches apart.

Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes (DO NOT OPEN OVEN).

Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 20 minutes (DO NOT OPEN OVEN).

Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack.
-
Fill with Cream Puff Filling.
